The Just-PRODUCE software is used by production accountants and production managers to view, record & share production data in a real time environment, whether they are in the office or at a production site.
The ease of use in creating new productions is based on the ‘Outlook’ look and feel to this product. A purchase order wizard is utilised by those without an accounts background to place accurate purchase orders for their own individual productions.
The data for each production can be viewed by the production accountant/manager only allowing tight controls on sensitive information if necessary.
Linking with both Movie Magic and most Rights software enables production companies to ensure continuity.
Web timesheets and expenses allow freelancers and the like to submit outside of the system their claims, which once authorised flow into the system.
